Australian Delivery Policy

The Perfect Pointe Book dispatches products daily throughout the working week through our dispatchers, Infomedia.All products ordered by 12pm (Sydney time) on any dispatch day will be posted that day. If for any reason the order is unable to be fulfilled the client will be contacted via email within 24 hours (during the business week) to notify of any delay or arrange a refund. Please note that delays in dispatch of your order during sales periods and new product launches may delay you receiving your product by 1-3 days.

All products will be shipped via Australian Air Express with an estimated delivery time of 1-3working days from dispatch date. Tracking information will be sent with confirmation of dispatch from our dispatchers, Infomedia.

International Delivery Policy

The Perfect Pointe Book dispatches products daily throughout the working week through our dispatchers, Infomedia. All products ordered by 12pm (UTC+10:00 – Sydney, Australia time)on any dispatch day will be posted that day. If for any reason the order is unable to be fulfilled the client will be contacted via email within 24 hours (during the business week) to notify of any delay or arrange a refund. Please note that delays in dispatch of your order during sales periods and new product launches may delay you receiving your product by 1-3 days.

All products will be shipped via DHL Global Mail with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days from dispatch date. Tracking information will be sent with confirmation of dispatch from our dispatchers, Infomedia. Tracking information is unavailable for New Zealand.

Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country. Details of this vary from country to country. In some cases the arrival of your product may be delayed for up to 5 days should it be held by Customs.

Shipping Costs: Dependent on weight of entire parcel and shipping region. Please check shipping total on payment page.

Refunds/Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the products for any reason, please return the resources in good condition, with a letter explaining the reason for return, within 30 days and a full refund will be given.

If your products is damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the package and send it via email to lisa@theperfectpointebook.com. We will then organise a free return of the faulty product and new copy through our distributor.
